Contract Renewed
In October 2007, Pasefika Pulse secured a new contract with Housing New Zealand Corporation to deliver Home Ownership Education Programme HOEP for the next 21 months ending June 2009.  Under the new terms, Pasefika Pulse area of coverage has been extended  to include the Manawatu region.

Pasefika Pulse region are;
1. WELLINGTON: - (Wellington, Johnsonville, Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Wainuiomata, Porirua)
2. MANAWATU: - (Paraparaumu, Otaki, Levin, Palmerston North)

Pasefika Pulse will continue to target Pacific people and other Ethnic people, however the HOEP is for every New Zealander that wishes to learn more about the homeownership process.  Pasefika Pulse Team is looking forward to continue to build stronger and vibrant communities by championing homeownership around Wellington and Manawatu communities.
